Spring onion fritters
Cooking Instructions

Clean and washed the green onions then chopped along with its white part.chopped the carrot capsicum and green chillies.

In a mixing bowl add gram flour.add crushed carom seeds, all spices and green chillies, then gradually add water and mix it well make a semi thick batter. now add chopped veggies and mix again. The veggies also released its water so adding water carefully.

Now heat oil in a kadhai and drop spoonful batter in oil and fry over medium to high flame until they turn crisp and golden. Keep stirring occasionally that they cooked evenly.

Place them in kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.serve hot with any of your favourite chutney.
