Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3 tinsflour
  2. 1jug of water with small amount of (kanwa)
  3. Small amount of (kuka)
  4. cubePepper,and Maggi
  5. 2ripe firm tomatoe
  6. 1/2 tinVegetable oil
  7. 2sliced onion
  8. 1cucumber, 3 boiled eggs and salad

    Put the (kanwa) the water and let it melt.

  2. 2

    Put the flour in a bowl add (kuka)& mix it,pour the water on it,add 1 cube of Maggi and mix it....

  3. 3

    Put a pot of water on ur cooker,let it boil then wash ur hands and be putting a little amount of the mixture inside the water.

    Turn it with a wooden spatula,and let it boil 2 times. Put cool water in a bowl,transfer the dumpling from the boiled water to the cool,turn it again with the spatula,and change the water....

    Slice the tomatoes,put ur oil into a deep frying pan,add onions and small amount of salt,add small amount of garlic and ginger,turn it until the onions turns golden brown,add the tomatoes,Maggi, and turn it... close it for 1min then it's done....

    Cut your salad and serve it with this delicious dumpling
