  1. DUMPLING FILLINGS OR ANY FILLING OF YOUR PREFERENCES (OPTIONAL)
  2. 2 cupcooked leftover chicken meat
  3. 1dice onion
  4. 1/2 tbspmince ginger
  5. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  6. 1egg yolk
  7. 10wan ton skin
  8. 1 slicecooked steam dry chinese sausage or preserved sausage
  9. SWEET THAI BROTH
  10. 1 tbspjulienne ginger
  11. 1/2 tbspmince garlic
  12. 1smash and fine dice lemongrass
  13. 800 mlstock
  14. 1/2 cupeach coriander and spring onion
  15. 3 tbspthai sweet chili
  16. 1egg white
  17. 3 tbspdice onion

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    STEAM CHINESE SAUSAGE

    dice up 1 chinese sausage and steam for 20 minute

  3. 3

    MAKE DUMPLING

  4. 4

    mix all ingredient then filling up dumpling and seal top with wet finger

  5. 5

    steam dumpling for 15 minute to hold its shape then set aside

  6. 6

    MAKE SWEET THAI CHILI BROTH

    in pan with oil brown ginger and garlic with lemongrass and onion then add stock

  8. 8

    add cooked dumpling then add thai sweet chili sauce bring to a boil then add coriander leaf and spring onion

  9. 9

    add egg white and stir gently 2 circle only then off heat

  10. 10

    serve hot
