I love pork I really like good chicken and dumplings. So I wanted to make pork and Dumplings so I did it.

I love pork I really like good chicken and dumplings. So I wanted to make pork and Dumplings so I did it.
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients of the dumplings.

Knead and form a ball. Set aside covered in plastic wrap.

Cut the pork into bite sized pieces. Start browning the pork.

Season with the seasonings and brown in a pot.

Add water. Boil 25 minutes covered.
- 6
Form small balls of the dumpling doughball.
- 7
Drop into the broth.
- 8
Gently stir so as to not break the dumplings. Let them cook till dumplings are done.

Here is an option. Keep a thin broth or thicken it.

If thin keep it as is.

If thicker add the 1/4 cup flour with the melted butter. Pour paste into the broth and stir till thickened.
