Simple, taste delicious and gives a wonderful aroma
Cooking Instructions

Add washed rice to boiling water. After two boils add in the spag and stir. Allow to cook fully

Sauté some onions in oil. Add in the blended mixture. Allow to fry until the liquid in is almost dried. Add in the grilled chicken, 2 tbsp of water, seasoning and spices. Turn the flame to very low.

Meanwhile crack the eggs and add in a seasoning cube, half of the sliced onions and some curry. Whisk very well.

Add in the whisked mixture to the sauce. Close and allow to cook for 2mins. Open and stir very well. Add in the remaining onions and keep on stirring until there is no liquid in the sauce. It is ready to be served

This sauce can be served with white rice, spag, Mac, fried rice, jellof rice, boiled yam, boiled potatoes, boiled plantain, fried yam, fried egg, fried plantain etc
