Ingredients

  1. Barzaxxar shinkafa
  2. Zogale
  3. Albasa,attarugu,gyada,garlic
  4. Oil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash ur rice and drain

  2. 2

    Add to a steamer and steam for some minutes

  3. 3

    Bring it down and mix all ingredients (attarugu,albasa,maggi,salt,gyada,zogale and oil)

  4. 4

    Put back on fire till soft.

  5. 5

    Serve with cabbage,tomatoes and onions
