Cooking Instructions

Per boil rice,add salt and little water till soft

Boil meat with spices and seasonings,set aside

In a pot,add oil and fry the meat,remove meat from oil and add blended tomatoes, add little baking powder to remove the sourness of the tomatoes, cook until the water is drained completelty

Now add in chopped onion,scotch bonnet,ginger and garlic paste

Add other spices of your choice and fry the stew very well till the oil comes out

Add the meat,seasonings and keep stirring,your stew is done.

Shred cabbage,grate carrot,chop cucumber and green pepper, slice tomatoe, put every thing in a salad bowl and add the mayo mix

This dish came from just loving certain flavors/textures all together. Like a sushi roll without the nori. It was so good i forgot the nori and avocado in the picture lol and i have some. The only warm ingredient is the rice. Cucumber and avocado are cool. 😋 Japanese dishes use spicy mayonaise in so many awesome ways. Jen -
