Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGram Flour
  2. 1/2 cupMethi leaves chopped
  3. 1/3 cupSpring onion chopped
  4. 2Green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 cupCurd
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1/2 tspCoriander seeds
  8. 1/4 TspBaking soda
  9. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add gram flour and curd. Mix well. No lumps should be there. Add water if required to make a thick batter.

    Now add all veggies and mix well. Add salt and baking soda. Mix very well. Grease Appe Pan with oil and fill all cavities with this batter. Cover it and cook. After two minutes change sides. Cook again for two minutes or till they are golden brown in colour.

    Enjoy with ketchup or green chutney
