Cooking Instructions

Cut and wash the beef put in your blender/grinder add onions, garlic, ginger and scent leaves bkend/grind all. Transfer to a bowl add egg, salt, seasonings, spices, oil, breadcrumbs (optional) and mix together. Using your hands place the meat mixture on the skewers and bake.

While in the oven, prepare the sauce; put some oil on a pan add onions stir fry add grated red pepper and scotch bonnet stir fry add curry and seasonings allow to simmer and keep aside. When the meat is done remove from oven and spread the sauce on the meat and serve. So delicious....
