My husband loves his scrambled egg toast so I wanted to introduce the recipe on Cookpad.The milk bread tastes so great because it contains a mixture of milk and skimmed milk powder.When baking the bread in the bread maker, add the egg mixture after it's been returned to room temperature. This will result in a smooth and fluffy loaf. You can make the scrambled eggs really quickly in the microwave and the grated cheese will lend it a nice kick!Toast to how you like.
