Ingredients

  2. 250 gramsBeetroot grated
  3. 2 litresMilk
  4. 1 1/2 cupSugar
  5. 5Green cardamons
  6. some chopped nuts
  7. few drops Rose water
  8. 8 tbspDesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take pan add milk and add carrot beetroot and cook.

    Add sugar, cook add ghee, nuts rose water ready halwa to serve enjoy with friends.
