  1. 1 CupChicken with Bones
  2. 2-3 TablespoonOil
  3. 2Mesium sized chopped Onion
  4. 1 TablespoonGreen Chilli paste
  5. 1 TeaspoonGarlic paste
  6. 1 TeaspoonGinger paste
  7. 2-3Medium sized chopped Tomatoes
  8. 2-3Medium sized Potatoes cut into pieces
  9. Salt as required
  10. 1 TeaspoonRed chilli powder
  11. 1 TeaspoonTurmeric powder
  12. 1 TeaspoonCumin powder
  13. 1 Teaspooncoriander powder
  14. 1/2 TeaspoonGaram masala powder
  15. 1 Teaspoonkasuri methi
  16. Water as required
  17. Ingredients for Rice:
  18. 2 CupBasmati rice (soaked into water for 2-3 hour)
  19. 4-5 Glasswater
  20. Salt as required
  21. 10-12Blackpeppercorn
  22. 1 TeaspoonBlack cumin seeds

    Sub sy phly ak bartan mein oil dal kar is mein onion add kary or isko fry kary.

    Jub onion fry ho jaye tu is mein ginger garlic or green chilli paste add kary or saute kary.

    Sath mein thora sa pani add kary or cover kar ke halki flame par pakny dy.

    Jub masala or pyaz achi tarha pak jaye or oil chor dy to is mein aloo or tomato shamil kar ke achi tarha fry kry.

    Jub aloo or tomato achi trha fry ho rahy ho sath mein sary spices add kary or achi tarha bhony.

    Jub achi tarha bhon jaye or oil chor dy to is mein chicken add kary or mixed kar ke cover kry 5 mint ke liye.

    Phir jub chicken masalo ke sath achi tarha pak jaye or oil chor dy tb is mein pani add kary jitna apko shorba chai ho us hisab say.

    Phir isko cover kar ke medium flame par aram sy pakny dy.

    Ab ak bartan mein 4-5 glass pani add kary or is mein blackpeppercorn or black cumin seeds or salt shamil kary or boil hony dy.

    Jub pani boil ho jaye to is mein chawal add kary or cover kar ke aram sy pakny dy.

    Sath sath mein check krty rahy asa na ho ke chawal over cook ho jaye.

    Jub chawal achi tarha pak jaye or pani khuskh kar lay to flame ko off kar dy.

    Ab salan mein jitna apko shorba chai hon uthna salan chor dy baki pani suka dy or flame ko off kar dy uper garam masala sprinkle kar dy.

    Ab salan or chawal ko dish out kar lay now garma garamchicken aloo shorba with rice ready to serve.
