Ingredients

  1. 500 gFried Gizzard
  2. 2Fried Plantains
  3. Veg. Oil
  4. Sliced onions
  5. Sliced red pepper
  6. Sliced green pepper
  7. Chopped Scotch bonnet
  8. Chopped Tomatoes
  9. Seasonings
  10. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    The ingredients 👇

    Put about 3 tblspn of veg. oil into a pot, place over a medium heat, add onions and stir fry until onion is pale.

    Add tomatoes, scotch bonnet, red pepper and green pepper, fry for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add spices and seasonings, stir them well, then add a bit of water to loosen it up.

  5. 5

    Finally add the fried Gizzard and the fried plantain, stir together thoroughly, leave it to simmer for about 5mins. Serve and enjoy.
