Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh cranberries
  2. 8 ozcrabapples or Granny Smith apples
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 cupcranberry juice

Cooking Instructions

    Core apples and dice into large chunks (Leave the peel on!)

  2. 2

    Cook apples over medium heat until soft; around 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Add cranberries and continue cooking until they start popping and release most of their juice; about 10 more minutes

  4. 4

    Add sugar and stir until dissolved

  5. 5

    Add the juice, stir a little more, and it's ready to serve
