To make the sauce in a bowl add all the ingredients except the tofu and whisk.

Add the ingredients to a lot and bring it to a boil
- 4
Add the tofu to the sauce and the veggies toast and cook for fre more minutes about 2 mins

Serve over rice and garnish with scallions
