Wash Daal and soaked it for 30 minutes.

In pressure cooker add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1 jug water.

Cook it for 30 to 35 minutes. When Daal mixex well. Then make tardka for it.

For tardka, heat up oil, add garlic and ginger in it, cook untill light brown then put it on Daal.

Serve this daal with, desi ghee and garma garam Roti.
