Ingredients

  1. 2catfish
  2. 9scotch bonnets
  3. 4medium onions
  4. Seasonings
  5. 3green pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add 11/2 cup of water in a pot and put to boil.

  2. 2

    Grate ur onions and Scotch bonnets,dice or cut ur green pepper into desired shape

  3. 3

    Add ur grated onion and Scotch bonnets in the boiling water stir and add ur seasonings,stir and cover to boil again

  4. 4

    Finally wash ur catfish very well wit salt and lemon

  5. 5

    Then arrange them inside the boiling water,u will notice the water doesn't cover the cat fish

  6. 6

    After arranging,cover ur pot for about 5mins,after then ur peppersoup is ready.enjoy.
