Cooking Instructions

Wash cook the meat with seasonings and spices, peel and dice the potatoes, w ash and grate the carrots, grate the peppers and slice the onions. Blend the cooked meat, cook the potatoes with salt and tumeric, fry the grated peppers with onions and little oil add the blended meat, cooked potatoes and carrots mix all and keep aside.
In a bowl sieve the flour add baking powder, salt and maggi mix well then add butter and egg mix together and add water little by little to form a dough. - 2
Let it rest for 10 minutes and roll it on a floured surface, cut rectangular shapes. Take each shape add your filling on the edge and cut 9 strips at the opposite edge, overlap the strips and roll brush water at the end to glue it. Fry in hot oil. So yymmmmmmy
