Its healthy, a combination of fruit and protein. No need for sugar since bananas are naturally sweet. You can also try adding some chocolate chips or dress them with syrup on top.They are pretty simple to make but its quite tricky especially the flipping part. I find it very important that you brush your pan with butter. Keep them small about 3inches so it would cook quickly and easier to flip. Before flipping, make sure the edges are set and the middle starts to bubble. Gently, and slowly lift half of the pancake and flip!

It is good and simple breakfast for busy people like you! And you don’t have to waste any over ripe banana in your fruit basket anymore! Try and enjoy!

I came up with this banana bread that anybody can make easily and doesn't require butter or a scale.Baking times vary depending on the oven, so please watch your banana bread while it bakes.
