Cook yam and set aside, then grind your peppers and onion then fry it.

Mash ur yam before it cools down completely to avoid a hard yam after wards.

Put your fried pepper into your mashed yam and put seasonings to your taste then mix it together.

Roll your yams into ball shape. Put it in your flour then your egg then your flour again. Till all is done.

Fry ur yam balls till golden and serve hot😋😋
