Akki here means rice,this is a flat bread made with rice flour and is very famous from the state of Karnataka.
Cooking Instructions

Take the measured rice flour in a big bowl and keep the other ingredients ready

Now put all this in the rice flour

With the help of little little water at a time knead the rice flour
- 4
Then take a ziplock bag and grease it with oil.Take a small portion of the kneaded flour and make a ball, flaten it with wet hands till thin round shaped roti.

Then heat a non stick pan and put the roti carefully on the tawa.Cover it cook for about half a minute,then flip it drizzle oil and cook till nicely brown from both sides.

Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
