Chicken squash noodles soup Chicken squash noodles soup
I was craving for noodles soup for quite a while and I was thinking of cooking the recipe my girlfriend thought me before. She uses egg noodles for her recipe but since I cannot find any egg noodles, I tried using angel hair pasta and it was a good substitute. Those who likes soup noodles with the flavor of chicken and the sweetness of squash, this is a good recipe for you. benyaki -

Korean/Chinese Chilled Noodles Korean/Chinese Chilled Noodles
I love Korean Chilled Noodles at Korean barbecue restaurants, but I don't like the soup that comes with store-bought Korean chilled noodles. I can't buy only the noodles at my near-by supermarket, and it's too expensive to buy the whole set because I don't use the soup. So when I can't buy only the noodles, I make this Korean-style dish with Chinese noodles or somen noodles. If you don't have the kimchi base, you can substitute with the juice from Chinese cabbage kimchi (2-3 tablespoons). If you have mul kimchi, it will be very delicious if you use the juice from it. Combine the juice with 300 ml water, add vinegar, sugar, beef soup stock granules, and adjust the taste accordingly. Chilled Chinese-style Noodles with Yakisoba Noodles Chilled Chinese-style Noodles with Yakisoba Noodles
I wanted to use up some yakisoba noodles I'd bought on sale. You can use them instead of Chinese noodles without a problem. They're cheap too.You can use whatever additions you like, such as imitation crab sticks, boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, daikon radish, wakame seaweed and so on. Adjust the amount of doubanjiang (or yuzu pepper paste) to taste. You may want to omit these if you're serving this to children. I recommend serving it with mayonnaise on the side. You could drizzle the leftover sauce on salads. For 2 servings. Recipe by nathu cookpad.japan -

Our Golden Ratio ~ Delicious & Authentic Chilled Chinese-style Noodles Our Golden Ratio ~ Delicious & Authentic Chilled Chinese-style Noodles
My family loves chilled Chinese-style noodles and like to eat it year round, but it's not available during the winter. Thus I created this recipe... We've been eating the noodles with these two dressings for ages. It's like the noodles you can get at an upscale Chinese restaurant. When you make it yourself, you can vary the seasoning and the dish to your liking.Try whichever dressing you prefer. They can also be used with "jellyfish in vinegar sauce" and "steamed chicken."They are useful dressings to keep stocked, so give them a try. Fluffy Cold Udon Noodles Fluffy Cold Udon Noodles
When I was waiting for a pot of rice to cook, I was mixing natto and egg together... when it turned really foamy and voluminous! And it was fluffy-light too! I thought it would go very well with noodles.-All you need to season these noodles is the sauce that comes with the natto and an umeboshi pickled plum.-Of course, you could use soba noodles or somen noodles instead.-At Step 3, if you whip the egg white to incorporate lots of air, the sauce will become fine, light, and fluffy.-I love to top with a mountain of nori seaweed and green onions. You could also add myoga ginger or shiso leaves. For 1 serving. Recipe by J_Rosemary cookpad.japan
