Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 2onions
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 tsp red mirchi powder
  5. 2 tsp dhaniya powder
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tsp haldi powder

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the eggs first and separate the white part from yellow.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan with oil and put the smashed white portion of egg. Then mix all the masalas as well as vegetables such as tomato, onion and dhaniya. Keep the gravy outside in a bowl.

    Make omelet with the help of yellow portion and then add the gravy on it. Fold the omelet from both the sides.
