Cooking Instructions

Pour the flour in a bowl. Add the sugar and yeast. Then mix it properly with your hand.

Add water bit by bit and continue to mix with your hand until the batter is smooth.

Cover the bowl with an air tight cloth for like hour

Put vegetables oil in a deep pot and allow it to be very hot. The oil should at least 4 inches deep, so that the puff puff will become spherical when scorched into the oil. Use your hand to scoop some batter into the oil. Put more of the batter as much as the space in pot.

Turn the puff puff will stick or cooking spoon so as to allow a golden brown colour and ensure it properly done

Bread Bread
We ran out of bread but it's a long line at the supermarket. Our city is still in community quarantine. I have to make bread. I have no bread flour so I used all purpose flour instead. I also don't have a loaf pan so I just used a tray. I also tried putting a simple slash design on the loaf but it didn't work 😅 bemski
