Spring onions are an excellent source of vitamin C and calcium, also they are a good source of dietary. Eating Carrots is beneficial for people with diabetes because it lower the blood sugar level. And I decided to join ds 2 in my todays recipe and it was fabulous, delicious, and yummylicious.

Cooking Instructions

Wash carrots and cut it the shape and size u want it, as for me I grate it, pour some amount of oil in a sauce pan add ginger and garlic paste add chopped onions let it saute for 2 minutes add grated peppers fry and add meat stock or water add seasonings, spices, curry and salt, stir and allow to come to a boil add carrots, spring onions (half) and spaghetti. When almost done add the remaining spring onions and stir off the heat and serve. So yummy. Enjoy with meaty of choice 😋😍
