Peppered Beef, Eggs, and Cheese Sandwich

I like the taste of peppered beef. Brown buttered eggs are amazing. Then the seriously sharp Vermont white cheddar cheese, all three in one place equals a delicious sandwich. If you want the eggs golden the just as the butter melts add the eggs and scramble them fast so as no color but beautiful golden eggs. I just like the browned butter with beef, so I improvised it to the eggs too.

Cooking Instructions

Toast the bread. Beat 2 eggs separately. Slice the beef loin very thin.

Brown the butter fry the eggs each separately. Now season the beef and lay seasoned side down. Then season the top as it fries. Add mayonnaise to the three slices of bread. Add the beef, and cheese.

Add eggs on top of the cheese. Now stack the sandwich. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
