Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsFish
  2. 2 tbspMustard seeds
  3. 1 bowlfresh mint leaves
  4. 1 bowlfresh coriander leaves
  5. 3-4green chillies
  6. as requiredGinger and garlic
  7. 1 bowlsemolina for coating
  8. 2 tbspcumin powder
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Make a fine paste of mustard seeds, coriander leaves, mint leaves, Chillies, ginger Garlic, salt, lemon juice.

    Add turmeric powder, cumin powder in the paste and apply all over pieces of fish.

    Keep the fish in the fridge for an hour for marinating

    Take some semolina in plate and coat the fish from both the sides

  5. 5

    Meanwhile, take a pan and keep it on medium heat.

  6. 6

    Add oil for shallow fry.

  7. 7

    Place fish pieces one by one into the pan.

  8. 8

    Keep gas flame on medium while frying.

  9. 9

    After one side turns crispy, flip to the other side.

  10. 10

    Fry both the side till golden brown.

  11. 11

    Delicious and crispy fish fry is ready.
