Steps

1. Clean the Fish:
Wash fish slices thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel. - 2
2. Prepare Masala Marinade:
In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, cumin, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to form a thick paste - 3
3. Marinate the Fish:
Rub the masala mix all over the fish pieces. Let it rest for at least 15–30 minutes for better flavor. - 4
4. Shallow Fry:
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Fry fish pieces on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Don’t overcrowd the pan. - 5
5. Serve Hot:
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges. Serve with rice, dal, or as a starter.
