    Cut and wash your chicken,place in a pot with a lilttle water,add your seasonings,thyme,and sliced onions,allow to boil until soft

    Remove the chicken from the stock,fry your chicken until lightly brown,you can also brown it in the oven

  3. 3

    Grate the peppers,put a little oil in a wok,add the onions,ginger and garlic paste and fry,put the peppers,adjust your seasonings and fry for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add a liltle water and pour the chicken,stir and simmer for 3minutes and it’s done,you can garnish with more bell peppers, sliced onions or grated carrots.
