Star cake

Cooking Instructions

The above ingredients should be in twos. One part for the red cake while the other for the plain. Mix the ingredients, add the red color to make the first batter. Pour into a greased & lined loaf pan. Bake

When baked, allow to cool & slice the cake. Using a cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from the cakes & set aside.

Make the plain batter. Put a quarter of it in a loaf pan & bake. When the surface is slightly firm, bring out of the oven.

Place small portions of the batter on both sides of the pan. Arrange the stars on it without spacing. Cover with the remaining batter & bake.

Leave to cool before cutting. Serve as desired.
