Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat bhakhri flour
  2. 3/4 cupjaggery
  3. 3/4 cupwater
  4. 2-3 spoonoil
  5. as neededGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add wheat flour which is thick than chapati flour.add oil to flour and mix well to give crumble like texture.

    Now take heavy bottom pan and add water and jaggery to it.now allow it to boil.

    Now add flour to it and spread over it.

    Now cover with lid for while.then remove lid and when flour started to absorb jaggery water syrup then mix it with the help of rolling pin.(do not use spoon for mixing).

    Now cover it with lid.where lid cover with nepkin so it soaks extra water content.and make lapsi crumble in texture.let it allow to cook for 5-7 minutes.

    Now add ghee and mix well till ghee mix up well with it.

    Now take out in bowl and serve it a delightful sweet dish which is traditional in gujarat.
