Meatloaf with Carrots and Potato's

Ingredients

  1. 1 lborganic ground beef
  2. 1 lbmild Italian sausage
  3. 1/2 cupItalian Breadcrumbs
  4. 1egg
  5. 1yellow onion
  6. Hand full of chopped basil
  7. 4 tbspchopped parsley
  8. 2 tspsalt
  9. 3 tsppepper
  10. 3 cloveschopped garlic
  11. 1/4 cupketchup
  12. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  13. Potatoes and carrots
  14. 1/2 bagbaby rainbow carrots
  15. 1/2 bagsmall rainbow potatoes
  16. Dashwhite wine vinegar
  17. 1 tbspolive oil
  18. to tasteSalt and pepper
  19. 1 tsprosemary

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400F. Chop onions, garlic and fresh basil add to mixing bowl and stir. Rheb

    Add both meats, and remaining ingredients and mix with hands

  3. 3

    Cut the potatoes and baby carrots and set to side.

  4. 4

    Use a 8x12 pan and aluminum foil coat first the pan then create two smaller pans with a gap in middle as seen in picture. Split the meatloaf mix in half then add the potatoes and carrots and mix in the remaining ingredients

    Place in oven and cook for 45 minutes. Or until internal temperature reaches 160. Internal temp must be 160.

    Let sit for 10 minutes then serve. You can pull the self made bread pans out and peel down to cut and serve. If additional doneness is needed on vegetables leave in oven while cooling meatloaf.
