Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgarlic soaked in white vinegar
  2. 1 tablespoonginger chopped
  3. 1 tablespoonsalt
  4. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds or rai
  5. 1/3 tablespoondhaniya dana or coriander seeds
  6. 1 tablespoonfennel seeds or saunf
  7. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 piecejaggery
  9. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  10. 1 tablespooncumin powder
  11. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  12. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  13. 13 hing or ASAFETIDA
  14. 1/4 tablespoonmethi seeds or fenugreek seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the garlic for 4 to 5 days

  2. 2

    Now grind all seeds, but please no need to make it powder. Just grind like make them crunchy.

    Now in a pan make hot sesame oil or sunflower oil and add all grinned seeds.

    Roast them for few a seconds, then add all the spices and in the last add jaggery. mix well

  5. 5

    Let it cool down little bit and add it to soaked garlic. Strain extra vinegar before adding the tadka mixture

  6. 6

    Your yummy and healthy garlic pickle is ready but always preserved in glass jars
