Cooking Instructions

Take the flour in a bowl. Add the salt and half the oil in the dough and mix well with hand.

Then add water and Knead the dough.

Knead till the dough is non-sticky and soft but not too soft or runny

Message the rest of the oil on the dough and cover it with the wet cloth. Keep the dough aside for 10-15min.

Take another bowl and smash the potato in it. Smash till there is no more lumps.

Now add the onion, ginger, coriander, cheese and the spices to it and mix well

Take the dough and divide it into 3-4 balls.

Roll the balls into small circles and put generous amount of stuffing into it and make then into balls again.

Now roll the balls flat but make sure the stuffing doesn’t gets out.

Put little oil on the tawa and fry each paratha till each side perfectly browned.

Serve hot with curd or pickle or both and enjoy.
