  2. 1 kgChopped Roma Tomatoes
  3. 400 GCapers
  4. 1 cupchopped mix Herbs
  5. 2 KgFrozen Butter
  6. Pinchkosher salt and ground black pepper
  7. 1 cupchopped garlic
  8. 1 cuplemon juice

    Sauté translucent the onion garlic and tomatoes and capers in olive oil

  2. 2

    When everything’s got pale,, pour in the chunks of frozen butter to the mixture, in a low heat, preventing the butter to gets clarify.

  3. 3

    Stir it continuously until all the butter dissolve and incorporate to all vegetable mixture, and only having a fine smooth thick butter sauce. Take off to the heat then season with salt and pepper, adjust the flavour by adding lemon juice.
