Cut the chicken fiagonally into thin (Bite-size slices).

Put the Chicken and Sauce ingredients into a plastic bag (Zip Lock), and rub the chicken well. Then klet sit for 1 hour or longer.

Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in frying pan, put the chicken breast pieces in the pan. Cover with a lid, and cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes, turn the chicken over and cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes.
