Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwater
  2. 1 stickcinnamom
  3. 2cloves
  4. 10black pepper
  5. 10baby onions
  6. 1/2 cupvinegar
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 beetroot

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in a pan.peel and cut the beetroot.add all ingredients and beetroot except onions.boil for 3 minutes.

    Cross cut the baby onions.drain the boiled water.add onions and vinegar.soak overnight.transfer in a jar.onion pickle is ready.serve with naan chapati or rice.
