Cooking Instructions

    With enough water, boil pig ears and liempo until tender. Set aside

    Fry tofu with cooking oil until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Slice tofu and meat (bite size). In a separate container, mix soy sauce, vinegar, lemon, salt, pepper and onions. Microwave for 1 minute.

    Add sauce to tofu and meat, mix thoroughly and serve.
