Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsagoo
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 tspGinger powder
  4. 4cardamon
  5. 1 stickcinnamon
  6. 6almonds
  7. Dry raisin(grapes)
  8. 1/4 cupfresh grated coconut
  9. 3 cupswater
  10. 1nonstick saucepan
  11. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash sagoo and put to boil in medium heat.

    Keep stirring.. Add sugar. Reduce heat to low..

    In another small pan add the ghee and put cinnamon, cardamom and raisin... Fry for til you get the aroma

    Now transfer them to the boiling sagoo. Let it cook in low heat. Finally add ginger powder and grated coconut. Cook for 5 mins.more....Turn off gas. Sagoo is ready..

    Enjoy your sagoo with some fry cryspy Appalams which are easily available in the market.
