Ginisang Monggo in Tinapa Flakes

Ingredients

  1. monggo
  2. tinapa
  3. talbos ng kamote
  4. onion
  5. tomato
  6. garlic
  7. cubespork
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. vegetable oil
  11. fish sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Clean monggo beans. Boil in water until soft.

  2. 2

    On a separate pan, fry tinapa. Flake tinapa to be used later.

  3. 3

    Remove excess oil, saute garlic, onion and tomatoe. Add in monggo and boil. Add pork cubes. Pour water as needed.

  4. 4

    Add in tinapa flakes. Boil. Add talbos ng kamote.

  5. 5

    Season with salt, pepper and fish sauce to taste. Enjoy!

You may use spinach in the absence of kamote (sweet potato) tops. And f u want healthier version - u May remove pork cube (knorr/maggi) and fish sauce and simply add a dash of brown sugar + teaspoon of sesame oil. But still your preference...Stay safe all.👍
