  1. 500 gramschicken
  2. 50 gramsmilk
  3. 100 gmsdahi
  4. Chopped onions
  5. 1 teaspoonHaldi
  6. 1 teaspoonMethi seeds
  7. 1 teaspooneach of Dhania,Chilli and garam masala powder
  8. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  9. 2 teaspoonkasoori methi
  10. 1 teaspoonsalt and a little for adding later
  11. 3 tablespoonsghee

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with dahi, Haldi and 1 teaspoon salt for 1/2 and hour

    Heat ghee toss methi seeds

  3. 3

    As the methi seeds turn black, take them out

  4. 4

    Now put in garlic paste. When it turns brown, add onions and fry. Add some salt.

    Put dhania powder, Chilli powder and mix

  6. 6

    Now put in the marinated chicken and mix well with the masala.

    Cover and cook... Turning the chicken pieces from time to time

  8. 8

    Add milk and cook on low flame.

    When chicken is tender, add garam masala

  10. 10

    Put a cup of water and crush some kasoori methi and sprinkle on the chicken

  11. 11

    Cover and cook till done
