Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFresh fenugreek
  2. 1/2 cupfresh green peas
  3. 3 tbspOil
  4. 1 pcOnion
  5. 1 pcTomato
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 pcGreen chilli
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspCorriender cuminseeds powder
  12. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. 2cardamom
  15. 5-6cashewnuts
  16. 2cloves
  17. 1"cinemon stick
  18. 1/4 cupcream (malai)
  19. 1/2 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Boil peas. Chop wash and rinse Fresh fenugreek. And saute in oil for 2-3min. And take out in a plate.

    Now add oil in a pan add onion slices Salt and saute till it transparent add cashewnuts nginger garlic paste saute tomato chopped till it soft. Let it cool and make smooth paste.

    Now again heat oil and add cumin seeds cardamom bay leaf cine mon stick cloves and chopped chilli saute properly. And add onion tomato gravy red chilli powder corriender cumin powder and turmeric powder mix well Add boiled fresh peas fenugreek and tomato pcs.(obt)mix well add 1/2cup water cover the lid for 2-3min and cook on a slow flame.

    Beat cream and add in a mixture. Add garam masala mix well and cook for 5min. And serve

    Tasty delocious methi malai mutter is ready to serve. Garnish with tomato flower and cucumber.
