Ingredients

  1. Cooked awara(unfried)
  2. Egg
  3. Flour
  4. Seasoning and spices
  5. Onion and garlic
  6. Scotch bonnet(optional)
  7. Golden morn/breadcrumbs/semovita(optional)
  8. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mash the cooked awara in a bowl

  2. 2

    Break in eggs,add diced pepper,garlic,onion,spices and seasoning and mix

  3. 3

    Add flour to the mixture until you get the right consistency (ability to shape it)

  4. 4

    Shape them into balls,put in flour followed by egg and then to bread crumbs/golden morn/semolina

  5. 5

    Deep fry and serve with any sauce
