Cooking Instructions

Boil ur diced Irish potatoes, put little oil in your frying pan or pot add onions, fry d onions and add ur minced meat together with seasonings and additional onions, cook until tender

Add ur potatoes, carrots, and then mix flour with water and pour inside, mix well and allow to cook and set aside. Thats all for the fillings

For the dough pour ur flour into a bowl add the butter and mix well until in forms crumbs then add little water and make ur soft dough. Use ur rolling pin and chopping board to flatten it, use a wide mouth cup or circular container to cut out circular shape place ur fillings and close the dough use a fork and close it then do for the remaining dough until u finish all the dough. Spread ur baking sheet on ur baking tray and arrange all. Break one egg and add a spoon of water mix and spread on all

Bake until its ready. Enjoy your meat pie with any drink of your choice
