    Boil yam and crush with mortar or blender. Crush beef, onions, scotch bonnet and mix together with the yam. Add a pinch of salt and mix well together.

    Knead the mixed yam dough. Cut a potion and flatten it. Put 1 boiled egg in the middle and cover it up.

  3. 3

    Ensure it's properly covered. Use your hand to mould it up properly so the egg doesn't pop out.

  4. 4

    Break raw egg in a deep plate. Rub the dough in flour, rub it in the raw egg and fry until golden brown. Serve with tea, coffee or any drink of your choice. Bon Appétit
