Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sift ur flour and add all the dry ingredients, then proof ur yeast in a warm water for like 5 to 7 mins, then beat ur eggs very well till it foams, then pour it in flour mix.
- 2
Using spatula mix thoroughly then pour in the yeast, then use ur hands to make a soft dough. And allow to rise for 30 to 45 mins. Then cut the dough and make balls then flatten them using a rolling pin making them round. Then heat them on a nonstick pan turning after seconds.
- 3
Do not put oil while heating it. After frying it then use pastry brush to brush the bread with oil or butter. And it's done. Pair with any sauce of ur choice. Maybe minced meat sauce or liver sauce and even pepper soup. Just go wild...do you okay😂

Delicious Naan Bread Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time! Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread
I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this. This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry. If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient. If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. For 6 pieces. Recipe by takkytake cookpad.japan -

Cheese Naan Bread Cheese Naan Bread
In our home, we occasionally make naan to eat with curry. After making them many times, I settled on this recipe since it has a flavor and texture that my family loves. In Step 6, instead of using a rolling pin, you can just stretch out the dough with your hands. In Step 7, adjust the cooking time depending on your stove and frying pan. I put a thin film of oil in the pan, but you can omit the oil if you prefer. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -
