Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time! Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread
I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this. This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry. If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient. If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. For 6 pieces. Recipe by takkytake

Cheese Naan Bread
In our home, we occasionally make naan to eat with curry. After making them many times, I settled on this recipe since it has a flavor and texture that my family loves. In Step 6, instead of using a rolling pin, you can just stretch out the dough with your hands. In Step 7, adjust the cooking time depending on your stove and frying pan. I put a thin film of oil in the pan, but you can omit the oil if you prefer. Recipe by caramel-cookie

Easy & Authentic Naan Bread
I wanted to make freshly cooked naan at home, so I cam up with this recipe. Please be sure to bake the naan on the at a high temperature. It will be nicely browned, as delicious as authentic Indian naan is. For the all purpose flour, use Lys d'Or or a flour that is specifically meant for French-style bread. If you can't get all purpose flour, use half each of cake and bread flours.I added baking powder to the recipe to improve it. If you don't have any though, you can just omit it. Naan Bread - Sooooooo Perfect

Chewy and Light Naan Bread
I wanted to eat naan that's chewy and moist like the naan at Indian restaurants.By spreading the dough with oil, it becomes easier to flatten, and doesn't stick to your hands.Stretch the dough out in your hands, rather than rolling it outMake the dough bumpy rather than uniformly flat. Quick Chewy Basic Naan in a Bread Maker
This is a recipe for naan that I serve with curry. If you don't have all purpose flour, you can use bread flour or 160 g of bread flour + 40 g of cake flour. If you cook them over high heat, they may burn on the out side while the inside remains uncooked. So, cook slowly over low-medium heat. Recipe by Natsumi

Herb Naan Bread
I learned how to make my own naan about a year ago. I loved the fresh flavor and ease of making it at home. Also loving Greek food and tzatziki sauce I thought to combine the flavors. Oh so yummy! Serve this as a bread on the side, place in grilled meats and sauces and wrap or enjoy in so many ways. Building flavors starts here.

Kulcha Naan/ Indian flat bread
Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread found in the cuisines mainly of India. It mostly consists of egg and milk products like yogurt. The egg brings crispiness to the naan while the yogurt helps in digestion of the gluten. It is generally prepared from wheat flour. However, spices are not used in naan. Spices are mostly used to make kulchas. Therefore, what I present here can better be called kulcha naan.#epicureanfeast #loveforfood #indianbread

Easy Naan in a Bread Machine
I recreated the naan served at my favourite Indian restaurant. The menu says it is hand-stretched naan made with a generous amount of milk, so I included a lot of milk in this recipe.Keep an eye on it, or it will burn! It depends how strong the heat is, but it takes me 5-6 minutes to grill each naan. Recipe by Puriman

Easy Homemade Naan Bread With Cake Flour
Naan bread is really the perfect accompaniment to Indian curry. This is not like making risen bread, so you don't have to strictly adhere to the rising and resting times. Just knead, form and cook! That's it!The dough is only rested so that it's easier to stretch out.You can do steps 1 through 3 in a bread machine. Recipe by Rizzy

Light and Puffy Homemade Naan Bread in a Pan
I wanted to make naan that not only went well with curry, but could be enjoyed for breakfast if any were left over. Since they can be cooked in a frying pan and will puff up nicely, they might be easier than regular rolls or loaves of bread!Since the dough continues to rise with residual heat after it's microwaved, put it in a warm place if possible. The dough will puff up when it's cooked.Since I added yogurt to the dough, it has a lightly tart, but easy-to-eat flavor. If you use milk only it will have a gentle creamy flavor. I recommend that too. For 4 pieces. Recipe by yaburie

Easy Bread Flour Naan in a Frying Pan
I usually buy frozen naan at an Indian grocery store, but I wanted to easily whip up a fresh batch so I made these. It seems like a pain to coat the bowl with oil, but if you do, the risen dough won't stick so don't omit this step. Recipe by estrella7
