Ingredients

  1. Whole chicken
  2. Chilli(atta)
  3. Red pepper (tattasai)
  4. Onions
  5. Spring onions (lawashi)
  6. Maggi/salt
  7. Garlic/ dry ginger
  8. spices (Black pepper, bay leave,Oregano, all spices)
  9. Scent leave(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your chicken with little vinegar, and hot water(not boiling water) that how i wash my chicken, to remove that unpleasant smell.

    Blend or pound your pepper, red pepper, onions, garlic and dry ginger, cut you spring onions and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a pot add in your chicken,water, blended ingredients, garlic/ginger, onions, seasoning and spices

  4. 4

    Spring onions and scent leaves should be the last, when the soup is almost done.serve with dinner rolls, flat bread or as it is. Enjoy 😘
