Delicious Naan Bread Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time! Easy Naan in a Bread Machine Easy Naan in a Bread Machine
I recreated the naan served at my favourite Indian restaurant. The menu says it is hand-stretched naan made with a generous amount of milk, so I included a lot of milk in this recipe.Keep an eye on it, or it will burn! It depends how strong the heat is, but it takes me 5-6 minutes to grill each naan. Recipe by Puriman cookpad.japan -

Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread
I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this. This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry. If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient. If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. For 6 pieces. Recipe by takkytake cookpad.japan -

I learned how to make my own naan about a year ago. I loved the fresh flavor and ease of making it at home. Also loving Greek food and tzatziki sauce I thought to combine the flavors. Oh so yummy! Serve this as a bread on the side, place in grilled meats and sauces and wrap or enjoy in so many ways. Building flavors starts here. Taylor Topp Comacho -

Chewy and Light Naan Bread Chewy and Light Naan Bread
I wanted to eat naan that's chewy and moist like the naan at Indian restaurants.By spreading the dough with oil, it becomes easier to flatten, and doesn't stick to your hands.Stretch the dough out in your hands, rather than rolling it outMake the dough bumpy rather than uniformly flat. Indian Naan Bread: Add Toppings or Serve Plain Indian Naan Bread: Add Toppings or Serve Plain
I usually buy naan, but I made it this time to go with a curry. When I ate the freshly baked naan that was topped with aromatic cumin seeds and coriander, I was amazed at how easy, delicious and economical it was. It made me think I should make it every time instead of buying it.The dry yeast is active if it foams after adding the lukewarm water. If using fresh coriander leaves, you can knead it into the dougn in steps 4-5; it's delicious and I recommend it.Please adjust the amount of liquid if needed depending on the environment, temperature and so on. For 3 naan. Recipe by Plabar cookpad.japan
