Ingredients

  1. Ingredients:

  3. Ginger
  4. Onions
  5. Cameroounian pepper or tattsai
  6. My jollof rice recipe:
  7. Maggi jollof spice
  8. cubeMaggi
  9. Tomato paste
  10. Rosemary
  11. Thyme
  12. Cumin
  13. Bell pepper(tattasai)
  14. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    First ki wanke shinkafar ki sosai sai ki ajiye a gefe,ki dauko tattsai,attarghu,albasa,cumin,ki blending sai ki ajiye a gefe.

    .kiyi grating garlic da albasa,thyme kadan da curry dan kadan sai ki zuba a cikin mangyada a tukunya ki soya sosai kafin ki zuba blended kayan miyanki ki soya sosai,sai ki zuba tomato paste ki sake soyawa kafin ki zuba maggi da kuma ruwan namanki sai ki bari ya tafasa sosai kafin ki zuba shinkafar da kika wanke sai kiyi mixing nashi then sai ki rufe.

    Once ruwan ya kusa shanyewa zaki iya saka mishi foil paper ki rufe shi wutan should be on low heat don kar ya kone sosai.Allow it to get cooked then you turn off the heat once it’s done.

    For the salad:
    Cabbage
    Carrot
    Cucumber
    Mayonnaise
    Egg
    Milk
    Sugar
    Method:
    First ki wanke cabbage naki sai ki yanka dan daidai,ki wanke carrots naki,kiyi grating akai,ki yanka cucumber yan daidai kafun ki zuba mayonnaise,ki yanka dafafen kwai a kai,ki zuba sugar dan kadan a kai sai ki zuba madara kadan a kai then you mix
