Put flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and salt together in a bowl.

Heat the butter and mix it separately with the eggs

Pour a little amount of water into the flour and mix till you make a paste.

Pour the egg and butter mixture into the paste. Stir well till all lumps disappear.

Put a little bit of oil into a pan, allow to heat, then put small amount of the mixture into the pan. Fry both sides till golden brown colour appears. Do same to the rest of the mixture.
